Edmond Watters

Edmond Watters is a former executive at Alamerica Bank and director of project development for Strada Professional Services.

Watters was paid $2 million to mobilize voters during the 1999 "Bell Plan" referendum on selling the assets of the Birmingham Water Works to fund improvements to Birmingham City Schools.

After leaving Donald Watkins' Alamerica Bank, he founded Underground Utility Services, which was awarded $1.7 million on grass-cutting and litter removal contracts from Jefferson County in 2005. The company later changed its named to Green Maintain LLC.
