Frank Hardy Bromberg Jr (born c. 1931 in Birmingham; died June 4, 2019 ) was the president and chairman of Bromberg & Co.

Bromberg was the son of Frank and Annie Maude Wilkinson Bromberg. He attended Birmingham City Schools and earned his business degree at the University of Alabama before going on to graduate school at New York University. He served as a captain in the U.S. Air Corps for two years before joining his family's business, where he was eventually promoted to president. He was also a director of the Jefferson Federal Savings & Loan Association and Central Bank of the South.

Bromberg also served on numerous civic boards and agencies, including the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham, the Boy Scouts of America, the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, the Birmingham Monday Morning Quarterback Club, the Crippled Children's Foundation and the Better Business Bureau. He was also appointed to the University of Alabama Board of Trustees, held a leadership role at the Country Club of Birmingham, and served as senior warden and Sunday School superintendent for the Cathedral Church of the Advent. He was inducted into the Alabama Academy of Honor in 1996.

Bromberg was married to the former Lella Hudson Clayton and had four children and seven grandchildren.
