The Galleria 10 was a 10-screen multiplex located at the Riverchase Galleria on U. S. Highway 150. It was built in 1988 for Cobb Theaters, which sold all its Birmingham cinemas to Knoxville, Tennessee-based Regal Cinemas in August 1997. Regal operated it until its closing in 2005.
Under Cobb's management, the Galleria 10 hosted the Cobb Cinematique Classic, which programmed art-house, independent and foreign films.
On opening night, May 25, 1988, the following films were screened: Rambo III, The Milagro Beanfield War, The Dead, Crocodile Dundee II, Good Morning Vietnam, Three Men and a Baby, Return to Snowy River Part II, The Fox and the Hound, The Seventh Sign, and Ironweed.
