The building, which was developed by Daniel Realty Services and completed in April 1998, contains 149.463 square feet of rentable space. It was designed by Gresham, Smith & Partners and has 597 spaces in its adjacent parking lot. The rear of the building overlooks an artificial lake.
The building was sold in 2006 to Behringer Harvard, a Dallas, Texas investment company headed by Robert M. Behringer. It was sold for $18.5 million in 2016, and sold again $24.1 million in 2017 to an investment group from Destin, Florida. Daniel Realty continues to manage and lease the building.
