"Happy" John Bollas Barbecue was a barbecue restaurant owned by John Bollas with locations at 500 18th Street North and 2317 5th Avenue North in the early 1940s. In advertisements, Bollas proclaimed himself "The king of old-fashion cracklin' corn bread and Mexican chili."
