Happy John Bollas Barbecue was a 24-hour barbecue restaurant owned by John Bollas. It was located on the southwest corner of 18th Street and 5th Avenue North in the 1930s and 1940s.
In advertisements, Bollas proclaimed himself "The king of old-fashion cracklin' corn bread and Mexican chili."
