The Heights Village (formerly known as Cahaba Heights Plaza Shopping Center) is a 48,000 square-foot shopping center located along Cahaba Heights Road in the Cahaba Heights neighborhood of Vestavia Hills.

The building suffered roof and window damage during the first wave of tornadoes in the early morning hours of the April 27, 2011 tornado outbreak. All shops were re-opened within a week, with renovations to the facade planned.

The center was acquired by Metropolitan Properties in 1983 and renovated in 1984 and 2005.
