Jack Wood Stadium is located at 401 Parkway Drive in Trussville and primarily served as the home stadium for the athletic teams of the Trussville School System and as a venue for annual commencement exercises. It was constructed in 1925 as part of the original high school. Originally called Husky Stadium, it was renamed in 1998 in honor of long-time Hewitt-Trussville High School head football coach Jack Wood. In 2014, the schools' athletic teams moved to the Hewitt-Trussville Stadium on Husky Parkway.
