Jason Dean (born c. 1925; died August 22, 2008) was a long-time Bessemer city councilor and civic leader.

Dean served over 14 years on the city council and on several civic groups, including the Bessemer City Schools board, the Bessemer Hall of History board, the Bessemer Centennial board, the parks and recreation board and the YMCA board. He was also an avid softball player.
