Jason Malone (born c. 1974 in Birmingham) is a co-founder and brewmaster for Good People Brewing Company.
Malone was born in Birmingham, but grew up in Columbia, Tennessee. He has a master's in business administration and an undergraduate degree in finance from Auburn University and has long been a homebrewing hobbyist. He and fellow Auburn graduate Mike Sellers opened Good People in 2007 at the former Southside Cellar location at Five Points South. Growing demand for their products led Malone to move the company to a larger space near the Railroad Park in 2010.
