Jo Linda Susenbach Kittinger (born October 7, 1955 in Miami, Florida) is an author of children's books.

Kittinger graduated from Vestavia Hills High School where she served as yearbook editor. She then earned a bachelor of fine arts at the University of Montevallo. She designed several crafts projects which have been published by Oxmoor House as well as activity pages which ran in the Birmingham News as the "Just For Kids" feature.

Kittinger served on the Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities Health Care Authority of Jefferson County as a representative of Hoover. Her oldest son has cerebral palsy.
