Keith Richards (born c. 1964) is the founder and chief development officer of Taziki's restaurant chain. Richards worked under Frank Stitt before opening his first Taziki's in the Colonnade in 1998 after a visit to Greece with his wife Amy. By 2004 he had opened four Taziki's. In 2012 he stepped aside as the chief executive officer, a role filled by Jim Keet, and took the role of chief development officer. By 2014 Taziki's had 32 locations across nine states.
