The Lake Crest Center is a two-story, 22,000 square-foot office building located at 2321 John Hawkins Parkway, near the UAB Medical West Freestanding Emergency Department in Hoover. It was built in 1999 and has a 120-space parking lot.

Red Rock Realty Group purchased the building in March 2022 for $2.1 million.
