The Meadow Brook Corporate Park, also called Meadow Brook North and Meadow Brook South, is a 175-acre office park arrayed along Corporate Parkway, Corporate Drive and Resource Drive, on the site of a former cow pasture on U.S. Highway 280.

It was constructed in the 1980s as the corporate headquarters of Rust International, and co-developed by the Daniel Corporation. The landscaping, with two artificial lakes which serve as retention ponds, was designed by Nimrod Long & Associates.

In 2023 the City of Hoover commissioned The Waymaker Group of Dallas, Texas to prepare an "Innovation District Ecosystem and Development Plan" for converting the office park into multi-use complex which could include research labs, co-working space, and business incubators, along with housing and possibly dining, retail and entertainment.
