Morris Avenue Management Group is a division of Superior Bancorp. It was created in 1998 as a division of The Bank. It manages tennant space in the John A. Hand Building, located on the southeast corner of the 20th Street and 1st Avenue North intersection, and the Taylor Building and the adjacent parking deck at 1st Avenue and Morris Avenue. The property manager is Lisa Lint.
