New Vulcan Ale House is a planned restaurant and brewpub to be opened in the buildings which formerly housed the Jimmie Hale Mission on 24th Street and 3rd Avenue North. Gary Dale and Brian McMillan are partners in the venture. They have signed a lease with building owners Ed and Leo Ticheli and have planned a $2 million redevelopment of the property, which they hope to open by April 15.

Dale will manage the business while his nephews Jake and Nate will work under executive chef McMillan in the kitchen.
