Newton Manor is a 3-story brick apartment building located at 1301-1311 20th Street South in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood.
The building opened in 1928. It was designed by Jake Salie and utilized Slagtex building tile as the structural masonry behind the face brick and limestone trim.
The building is a contributing structure to the Five Points South Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.
