Nikita Denise Williams (born c. 1963) is the superintendent of Midfield City Schools.

Williams worked for Bessemer City Schools for thirteen years, including one as principal of Jess Lanier High School, before being hired as principal of Rutledge Middle School in Midfield in 2003.

Williams was installed as interim superintendent on July 12, 2010 after Douglas Ragland informed the school board that he would not seek an extension of his contract. She was hired for the permanent position in November of that year.
