The Outlet Shops of Grand River is a 500,000 square-foot retail outlet center developed by the Daniel Corporation as an anchor for their Grand River development in Leeds. Crawford McWilliams Hatcher Architects designed the center, which is configured in "racetrack" style, with pedestrian shopping areas surrounded by a wide ring of paved parking and access roads. Hoar Construction was the general contractor for the $127 million project.

The first phase, encompassing 330,000 square feet for about 65 retailers and restaurants was completed on October 28, 2010.

A 4-screen Drive-In Theater opened at the Outlet Shops of Grand River in 2016. The facility shut down in September 2018 and reopened as part of a larger entertainment area with a concert stage, a Neighbor’s Beer House, and concessions by Saw's BBQ and Post Office Pies.
