Paul's Hot Dogs was a restaurant located in Clay Marketplace in Clay. Owner Martin Paul LaRussa opened the shop in 1992 in the Trussville Shopping Center in Trussville.

LaRussa moved the restaurant on December 14, 2020 after business declined both due to the location and the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic. The business closed in August 2023.
