Pepper Place is a 7-building, 227,000 square foot retail and office development in and around the former Dr Pepper Syrup Plant, Dr Pepper Bottling Company and Martin Biscuit Building on 2nd Avenue North in Lakeview. The redevelopment was a project of the Sloss Real Estate Company in 1990.
Pepper Place is the home of the popular Pepper Place Saturday Market on Saturday morning's during the summer.
