Although stores in the center began opening as early as late September 2007, the grand opening took place November 2, 2007. The center was built on land previously used for A. T. Holt Park.

Anchors include Target, Best Buy, Ashley Furniture and Books-A-Million. J. C. Penny held its grand opening on Ocotber 3, 2008. Outparcels include Family Christian Bookstore, Chili's, Arby's, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and Full Moon Bar-B-Que.
