Railroad Square is a planned office/residential redevelopment of two existing buildings on the northwest corner of 18th Street and 2nd Avenue South near Birmingham's Railroad Park.

The project consists of two existing 2-story buildings, both now vacant. The 1920s-era brick and terra-cotta building at the corner, originally built for the National Biscuit Company later housed the offices of attorney Robert Lewis. The ground floor of that building is set to be renovated as office space for the developer, Shannon-Waltchack Investment Real Estate, and human resources consultant Enrollment Advisors.

The upper floor and the adjoining building, a former paper warehouse, will be renovated in a later phase, with 20 to 25 loft residences and ground floor retail or office space. The adjacent vacant lots will be used for parking.
