Rashada LeRoy (born June 22, 1979) is the founder of LRY Media Group, which produced the opening and closing ceremonies for the 2022 World Games at Protective Stadium, as well as the World Games Plaza venue at City Walk.

In 2007 LeRoy launched Upgrade, a regional fashion and lifestyle magazine.

LeRoy worked previously as a marketing executive for the Alabama Power Company. She founded her own company in 2017. In 2019 LRY was contracted to organize the Birmingham Freedom Fest at Kelly Ingram Park. It was awarded the commission for the World Games in December of that year.
