The Riverchase Promenade is a 164,003 square-foot shopping center located at 1705-1731 Montgomery Highway (U.S. Highway 31), at Arnold Road between I-459 and Alabama Highway 150, across from the Riverchase Galleria. It was constructed in 1989 and remodeled in 2005.

In 2009 the center was put up for sale by its owner, Macquarie DDR Trust of Sydney, Australia. RCG Ventures of Atlanta, Georgia purchased the Riverchase Promenade from DDR Corp. of Beachwood, Ohio in 2015 for $20.5 million.
