Ross Norris (born July 30, 1951 in Oneonta) is the current Mayor of Oneonta.
Norris grew up in Oneonta and graduated from Oneonta High School in 1969. He has worked for Oneonta's Utilities Board in field operations since around 1973. He served six years in the Alabama National Guard and 20 years on the Oneonta Parks and Recreation Board. He then served on the Oneonta City Council for eight years before becoming mayor.
Norris is married to the former Vicki Self, a graduate of Cleveland High School, with whom he has a daughter.
