The S. J. Bennett Professional Building was a three-story brick building located at 1809-11 1st Avenue North.

The rear wall of the building, facing Morris Avenue collapsed on January 6, 2008. The damaged structure was left exposed, covered only with tarpaulins, for several years. It was heavily damaged by fire on March 29, 2013, resulting in structural collapse.
