Southeast Urgent Care at Fultondale is a medical clinic located in space leased from the Norwood Clinic in the Walker Chapel Plaza at 339 Walker Chapel Road in Fultondale.

The clinic, which opened on July 2, 2010, was founded by Paul Roberts who served as its president and chief medical officer. Roberts resigned in August 2014 and surrendered his medical license in November of that year while being investigated for wrongly dispensing controlled substances to family members. The clinic's current full-time physician is Timothy Taylor.
