The Standard at Midtown is a planned $40 million residential building at the corner of 18th Street and 1st Avenue South overlooking the Railroad Reservation Park. The project is being developed by Corporate Realty Development, represented by president Jimmy Holloway.

Progress on pre-selling units and scheduling construction has been held up by the lack of a firm timetable on the Railroad Reservation Park which will be the principal attraction for the Standard's location. Holloway has said that he expects construction of the Standard to follow immediately on the heels of groundbreaking for the park project, which is currently expected in March 2007.
