** I've never been able to find past census totals for municipalities on census.gov, just counties.  (And those only back to 1900.)  Or odd "census areas" with no way to correlate them to city limits.  Any pointers appreciated. --[[User:Lkseitz|Lkseitz]] 13:57, 12 November 2012 (PST)

Historical population

  • The table here is from Wikipedia. My big fat The Heritage of Jefferson County, Alabama book says that the 1990 census total for Adamsville was 5,026.     • I've never been able to find past census totals for municipalities on census.gov, just counties. (And those only back to 1900.) Or odd "census areas" with no way to correlate them to city limits. Any pointers appreciated. --Lkseitz 13:57, 12 November 2012 (PST)
