- There's always the option of linking to the Internet Archive's copy of the page. I believe Wikipedia has a template for doing that which we might could

- Dystopos, I'm guessing there are other Weld references in Bham Wiki with the same problem. Do you have the ability to globally find them? I offer to help fix (with deletion OR replacement with IA). --Jazzi (talk) 07:23, 8 December 2020 (PST)
- Yesterday I did a google search for "Weld in Birmingham" with "site:Bhamwiki.com" and removed all the links I found. I'm satisfied that providing the text citation fulfills our duty to provide a reference, but I have no objection to using links to the Wayback Machine where anyone feels it is useful. --Dystopos (talk) 09:46, 8 December 2020 (PST)
