*I remember a print shop there, and I think a Kinko's.  Also, do we consider the Five Points Grill and The Break (former Emily Shop) as being part of Pickwick? --Wheresdib 11:32, 5 March 2008 (PST)

:* Looks to me like the Pickwick Place development includes the Medical Arts Building, the retail spaces fronting the plaza, and the lower level under Cosmo's. I believe the Mill/Grill building is separate, as are the buildings north of Half Shells. I don't know if the parking deck was built at the same time or by whom. --Dystopos 12:10, 5 March 2008 (PST)

::* I'm fairly certain the buildings south of the Medical Arts building on that side of the block are the originals that were there before Pickwick Place was created.  I believe most of them were remodeled at the time, in particular to add entrances facing the plaza.  AFAIK, the building at the corner of 20th and 10th – The Emily Shop at the time, IIRC  – is still the original.  I'm pretty sure the parking deck was built at that time, too.  Unfortunately, I have no references to back up these memories.  MacroAlan might be able to confirm, though, as he used to work in the area around that time. --Lkseitz 09:41, 6 March 2008 (PST)
:* I don't know that it helps, but there was a Kinko's across 20th street from Pickwick in the '80s.  It was on the south end of the block, just around the corner from the Studio Arts building.  It's possible it later moved into Pickwick Place.  I pretty much had tunnel vision for going to Lion & Unicorn back then and ignored the other stores.  --Lkseitz 09:41, 6 March 2008 (PST)
