::* I'm fairly certain the buildings south of the Medical Arts building on that side of the block are the originals that were there before Pickwick Place was created. I believe most of them were remodeled at the time, in particular to add entrances facing the plaza. AFAIK, the building at the corner of 20th and 10th – The Emily Shop at the time, IIRC – is still the original. I'm pretty sure the parking deck was built at that time, too. Unfortunately, I have no references to back up these memories. It's possible it later moved into Pickwick Place.
