** I was not attempting to replace the [[List of Jefferson County municipalities]], which is why I was limiting the number of cities I listed and providing a link to that list. I don't want to make the template too overwhelming, but it occurred to me other possible additions are roads (e.g. [[I-65]], [[U.S. Highway 280|U.S. 280]]) and geography/landscape (e.g. [[Jones Valley]], [[Red Mountain]], [[Shades Creek]]). --[[User:Lkseitz|Lkseitz]] 16:42, 13 February 2007 (PST) | |||

County template
I got the idea from Wikipedia's Alabama template. I know Dystopos isn't big on templates, but I find them a handy way to link to other, relevent topics both as a user and an editor. My cut-off from "major cities" was a population of 10,000. What does everyone think? I've only put it on the Jefferson County page so far so I could get feedback before going for it. --Lkseitz 15:41, 13 February 2007 (PST)
