Temple Wilson Tutwiler, II (born March 22, 1923 - died March 1, 1982) was the son of Temple W. Tutwiler and grandson of Edward M. Tutwiler.

He was known as a prominent civic booster and is largely credited with the project to create Birmingham Green on 20th Street North, sometimes called "Tutwiler Green".

He was married to Margaret DeBardeleben Tutwiler and was the father of Temple W. Tutwiler, III and Margaret Tutwiler.
