The Park at Wakefield (formerly Cadence at Bluff Park, Autumn Village Apartment Homes) and The Park at Wellington (formerly The Ashford of Hoover), known collectively as The Park at Wakefield & Wellington, are a combined 408-unit apartment and townhome complex at 861 Tyler Circle, off Tyler Road in Hoover. The complex was constructed in 1973 over the headwaters of Huckleberry Creek.

A woman was shot to death in a targeted assault in the complex's parking lot in February 2020.

The complex was acquired in June 2021 for $32.7 million by the Norcross, Georgia-based real estate and management firm Audobon. The new owners plan to carry out upgrades at the property.
