The Plaza (Gardendale) (formerly Adams Gardendale Plaza) is a 16,800 square-foot strip shopping center located at 592 Fieldstown Road in Gardendale. It is anchored by Fresenius Medical Care and Rehab Associates. Other tenants include Sushi Village, Cash Advance and Champion Sports Medicine.

The center was constructed in the 1960s. It was owned by Kerry McAdam from 2004 to 2012, then sold to an affiliate of Shannon-Waltchack that year for $3,137,000.
