The Plaza is a 16,800 square-foot strip shopping center located at 592 Fieldstown Road in Gardendale. It is anchored by Fresenius Medical Care and Rehab Associates. Other tenants include Sushi Village, Cash Advance and Champion Sports Medicine.

It was built in 2004 by Kerry McAdam and he sold it in 2012 to an affiliate of Shannon Waltchack that year for $3,137,000.
