The Eagle View Apartments (formerly Mountain Top Apartments) are an apartment complex located along Eagle View Drive (formerly Mountaintop Court South) on Red Mountain near Crestwood Boulevard and above the Crestwood Festival Center.

The 200-unit complex was constructed in 1977/

Four of the complex's apartment buildings, as well as the pool and tennis courts, were damaged in a series of landslides that occurred during construction of the Festival Center in March 1988. Two other buildings near the slope were deemed unsafe the following winter and all residents were relocated. Contractors for the shopping center installed extensive anchors to prevent further damage to the site.

The remainder of the complex remained vacant until 1994 when Hubbard Properties purchased the site from the Hampton Real Estate Group of Dallas, Texas. With $2 million in low-interest loans from the city of Birmingham, Hubbard renovated the complex for low-income families and reopened as "Eagle View Apartments".
