The Town Square Village Apartments (formerly Town and Country Apartments and Aslan Terrace) is an apartment complex on Town and County Circle between Earline Street and Earline Circle. The area lies between Parkway East and Springville Road in the Spring Lake neighborhood in Birmingham's Huffman community.
The complex consists of nine residential buildings and a clubhouse with a swimming pool and playground. It was purchased in 2003 by Aslan Ventures of Louisville, Kentucky from Equity Residential of Chicago, Illinois.
On August 28, 2009 a fire broke out in one unit, destroying five apartments and damaging seven more before it was extinguished by Center Point Fire Department and Birmingham Fire and Rescue crews.
