Townview Apartments (formerly named Aristocrat Apartments) is an apartment complex located at 1531 16th Avenue South, backing up to the Vulcan Trail in Five Points South. The complex was constructed in 1965 and houses 40 one- and two-bedroom units in two buildings.
The complex was purchased by RPM Investments of Pasadena, California in early 2018 for $3.2 million.
