The Twin Gates Apartments is a 4-building, U-shaped apartment complex located at 7741–7745 2nd Avenue South in Birmingham's South East Lake neighborhood. It was constructed after 1960 on the site of the former "Old Main", the administration building for Howard College, which had relocated to Shades Valley.
An affiliate of the Warrior Equity Group acquired the complex and the nearby Sherman Oaks Apartments for $2.94 million from a Hoover investment group in 2020.
