Wayne B. Rasco (born December 7, 1941; died December 19, 2011 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee) was publisher of the Shelby County Reporter, having started out as a typesetter and sales representative for the paper. He was also a former Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.
Rasco, a long-time Columbiana resident, died during a family vacation in Tennessee. He is buried at Pine Lawn Gardens in Columbiana.
