Wes Clements (born May 26,1958 in Englewood, California) is the hitting coach for the Birmingham Barons.

Clements played college baseball for the University of Arizona, where he was an All-American first baseman on back-to-back College World Series championship teams. After turning down the Chicago Cubs in the 1979 draft, Clements was selected by the Houston Astros in the 6th Round (147th overall) of the 1980 amateur entry draft.
