The concept for the cafe was built around the culture of cycling, specifically as practiced in Europe. The business featured espresso drinks, pastries, fresh breakfast and lunch dishes, and a small assortment of cycling apparel for sale. Wall racks were installed for customers who preferred to bring their bicycles inside.
