The 1995 mayoral election for the city of Birmingham was held on October 10, 1995 with six challengers vying for the office held by four-term incumbent Richard Arrington, Jr. 36% of registered voters participated in the election.

Arrington won the election without a run-off
- Richard Arrington, Jr: 28,595 votes (54.8%)
- Emory Anthony: 16,390 votes (31.4%)
- Chris Woods: 4,963 votes (9.5%)
- Perry Grant: 1,501 votes (2.9%)
- Pat Bell: 547 votes (1%)
- Tim Mallhot: 127 votes (0.2%)
- Lawrence Carter: 69 votes (0.1%)
