The 2023 ZF Chassis Systems strike was a targeted labor strike carried out by 190 workers at ZF Chassis Systems organized under the United Auto Workers Local No. 2083 in Tuscaloosa. The walk-out lasted from September 20 to October 19, 2023. It was separate from the national strike conducted by UAW workers at the United States' three major automakers.

ZF Chassis Systems furnishes axle assemblies to Mercedes-Benz US International in Vance. The striking workers demanded an end to the company's tiered wage system and a reduction in healthcare costs. They rejected four contract proposals from ZF which did not satisfy those demands.

University of Alabama College Democrats joined striking workers on the picket line on October 2. An agreement negotiated between the company. UAW Servicing Representative, Robbie Collins, and the local's bargaining committee was ratified by membership on October 19.
