5 Point Public House Oyster Bar was a casual restaurant located at 1210 20th Street South in the Highland Point Plaza in Birmingham's Five Points South business district. It was created by George Reis, and operated as a sister to the more formal Ocean restaurant next door, and as a successor to 26, which Reis had opened in 2006. That business closed in March 2015 to be remodeled as a warmer pub-style eatery. Reis intentionally omitted the "s" from 5 Points because "we didn't want it to get lost as the neighborhood, if that makes sense."

The oyster house featured a constantly-rotating selection of fresh oysters, highlighting varieties cultivated in Southern waters, including Mobile Bay. In addition oysters and burgers, the restaurant offered sushi rolls, pasta, po-boys, shrimp dishes, osso buco, and house-made desserts. The bar served cocktails, sangria, casked wine and craft beers. A special 10-seat "tap table" featured self-serve draft towers.

In 2015 5 Point was highlighted as an "inventive" new oyster bar in Garden & Gun. In 2016 5 Point was recognized as a destination for sampling Southern oysters in Saveur magazine.
