St Martin's in the Pines, formerly St Martin's Home for the Aged, is a 140,000 square-foot, 316-unit senior living apartment complex, nursing home and hospice located on 10 acres at 4941 Montevallo Road in Birmingham's Eastwood neighborhood., behind Putnam Middle School. The primary visitor entrance is located at 100 Woodside Drive.

The facility was developed by the Episcopal Foundation of Jefferson County at the suggestion of St Mary's-on-the-Highlands Episcopal Church rector David Wright. It was incorporated in 1955 and opened in 1957 with 80 residents. St Martin's in the Pines is presently licensed for 128 patient beds and serves around 900 individuals per year. Carol Holzman is president and CEO.

Specialized care at St Martin's in the Pines includes short-term rehabilitation, in-home nursing care, the secured "Evergreen at St Martin's" for Alzheimer's patients. In 2008 St Martin's began constructing "The Cottages at St Martin's" based on the Green House Model developed by New York geriatrician William Thomas and promoted by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Each 3-story cottage serves 3 "houses" of 10 "elders" with separate bedroom and bath suites, but with shared living, dining and activity with a residential scale and character. The cottages were designed by KPS Group and constructed by Brasfield & Gorrie.

The Episcopal Foundation sold the facility to Diversicare Healthcare Services of Brentwood, Tennessee in November 2023.
