  • Inland American, new $33 million, 245-unit multifamily development with views into Regions Field. Land purchased from city in January 2013
  • LIV Parkside, new $30 million, 225-unit apartment building with parking and retail facing Railroad Park on the 1700 block of 1st Avenue South.
  • L&N Parkside, new $30 million, 129-unit apartment building with 12,000 SF retail and 200-space parking deck at 4th Avenue South and 16th Street
