Spotlight on China was the theme of the 2014-2015 Birmingham Festival of Arts organized by the Birmingham International Center.
The program's purpose was to highlight the commercial, educational and cultural ties between Birmingham and the People's Republic of China. The event also celebrated Birmingham's sister city relationship with the Chinese city of Anshan.
